A student is eligible for a PG programme in Economics, if she/he has completed either major or minor degree in Economics at Graduation as per the UGC’s CCFPP NEP Regulations. <br><br>

2. For the candidates who have enrolled under CBCS/Non-NEP system prior to Academic Year 2023-24 <br>

To be eligible for admission to a Programme leading to the Degree of Master of Arts in Economics, a candidate must have passed the examination of Degree of Bachelor of Arts General/ Honors of the University in the subject for which admission is sought or an examination of any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.

42Master of Commerce (Commerce)P-COM1. For the candidates who have enrolled for Graduation from Academic Year 2023-2024 as per NEP, 2020. <br>

A student is eligible for a PG programme in Commerce, if she/he has completed either major or minor degree in Commerce or Management at Graduation as per the UGC’s CCFPP NEP Regulations. <br>

Change of Discipline Test: <br>
Candidates who intend to apply for the M.Com programme but have not graduated in Commerce (B.Com) or Management (BBA) from the University or any other recognized University and secured at least 40% of the aggregate marks in their qualifying examination are required to answer the Change of Discipline Test (CDT) in addition to the Ranking Test in the respective subject. <br><br>

2. For the candidates who have enrolled under CBCS/Non-NEP system prior to Academic Year 2023-24 <br>

To be eligible for admission to the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Commerce (M.Com.), a candidate must have passed the examination for the Degree of B.Com/BBA/BBA(FS), of this University or an examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.

To be eligible for admission to the Programmes leading to the Degree of Master of Arts a candidate shall have passed the examination of Degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) General/ Honors in the subject for which admission is sought of the University or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.
